Does Pinkly Perfect have her own store?

Pinkly Perfect is online only so we can reach as many summer lovers as possible! If we ever decide to open up our own retail location, you’ll be the first to know. 😀

When are you open?

We ship orders Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm. You can email us at support@pinklyperfect.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours of your email.

How do I hear about sales and promotions?

You can sign up for our newsletter here to be notified of all sales and promotions.

I’m not in the U.S. Can I still buy from Pinkly Perfect?

We love that you want our product! But unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping to the United States.

I placed my order. Now what?

Yay! Once you place an order, you will get a confirmation page. We ship orders Monday-Friday during regular business hours via UPS. Once we ship, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Need it sooner or not getting that shipping confirmation fast enough? Send us an email at support@pinklyperfect.com and we will get that sorted out for you right away!

What if I don’t love what I bought?

Pinkly Perfect items are meant to be loved and if you don’t, we will do what we can to make it better! Check out our full return policy here.
